I am a classic case of taking the LONG road to discovering my unique talents and purpose.  After receiving an MBA from Penn State University, I had a successful 20-year Corporate (Fortune 100) career.  During most of my career I knew that I was not doing the work I was meant to do.  I had flashes of it, and I even hired a Coach. But I kept trying to "fix" my career without doing the deep work of identifying my purpose, passion, vision and goals.

While I  was successful and advanced as an executive, I finally came to see that my talent was to help other people to create a clear vision of their future and to move them to action.  I left my Corporate job and safe paycheck to become an entrepreneur. I am now a graduate of Coach U, as well as a member of the International Coach Federation. I have also received additional training from the Career Coach Institute.
